Warm, inviting, clean & comfortable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Centrally located. If our travels take us back to beautiful Wasilla, we will definitely stay here again. Decent size rooms. Great mountain view. Rooms are cleaned but can used upgrades. Staff somewhat welcoming. Nice rooms well lite up good customer service. Also WiFi now on first floor and no karaoke any more good to stay here and morning breakfast now being served on weekends and will start all week the 19th The waiter was amazing, he made the food sound delicious and he was absolutely right. We'll be going back for sure. The prices were very good, for the quality and quantity we would have paid more. Worst service ever. Poorly trained staff member at front desk who upon complaint claimed to be the manager. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone again. The quoted rate was not honored consistently and some in our party were charged $60 per night more than others.
