Friendly and helpful staff and owner. I come here for all my cloth diapering needs and thoughtful baby shower gifts. I love that it is locally owned and I can buy my diapers here for cheaper than online and I don't have to wait for shipping! This is the absolute best baby store in Alaska! They stock so many cute items, it's the perfect place to stop for a gift for a new mom and for moms to stock up on essentials. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. She has helped me troubleshoot so many of the wonky realities of motherhood, I don't know what I'd do without her and her shop! Now that I'm pregnant again I'll absolutely be doing my baby registry there! Shannon at ABB has been extremely helpful and understanding in my ordering of cloth diapers from BumGenius. She also took time to explain different options to me, acquired free express shipping when my order was taking much longer than expected, and offered store credit when a style wasn't working. She even took photos and wrote me when I asked a question on Facebook to the store via messenger... on a Sunday! She is amazing and I love being able to be a patron of a locally owned and operated shop here in the Valley. You can order cloth diapers online, but I encourage you to patronize this wonderful shop! :)
