very nice arrangement! I loved ittttt They had the audacity to send an arrangement that cost one half of what I had paid them for a delivery via FTD. When I complained to FTD ( who refunded me in FULL) the amount was less than one half of what I had spent! I am DURE they thought they could get away with sending a cheap half dead arrangement, and no one would be the wiser. WRONG! Shame on you "flowers by Louise" for continuing to send cheap stock for full price flora. SHAME! Amazing job as always! Thank you again to the ladies at Flowers by Louise! When your husband tells you he paid a ridiculous amount for a valentines flower delivery and you get nothing delivered and no one answers phone calls. That's pretty terrible service, and if we don't get a full refund I'm taking this to the BBB. Not to mention the hassle of everything never again. Great flowers great prices friendly ppl
