We built a small $4,000 project in the backyard over the last month. We started out purchasing materials from SBS as we have for past projects. The quality of the materials chosen for us and delivered to us began to slip. We used what we could, but when we attempted to return bad lumber, we were refused. We also attempted to contact Ed Waite, but have been unable to get a response. We are reluctantly customers of Home Depot now.
