Over the past 3 years, I have seen several stylists at this salon and have been incredibly pleased with their work, as well as their professionalism and friendliness. As others have said, my experiences with Larissa in particular have been excellent! It can be tough to find a stylist, let alone a whole salon, that you can trust to fulfill your requests...but I have never left this Regis anything but happy with my hair and brows. :) Didn't even get an experience. The website said they closed at 7pm. I came in at 540pm, and was told they were closing in 20 minutes. 1. There is a lie some where about closing times. 2. If your stylists cannot do a simple male haircut in 20 minutes...give or take a few extra minutes for excellent customer service, then I'm glad to go elsewhere. Extremely upsetting on how important the food the stylist was shoveling into her mouth was over doing her job... Larissa the manager, and my hairstylist for almost a year is caring, professional and always helpful with my color and cuts. I see her regularly to hide my grays. I love my color. She has a great eye for what my hair needs. I always see Larissa helping others at the salon and providing the best customer service, without neglecting me in the chair. 5 stars all the way! So, I had my hair cut and colored at this salon, for the first time, last Saturday and I was impressed by more than just my fantastic haircut and hair color by Larissa (I now have purple shades in my hair and I love it so much!!). While I was there, I witnessed another person who was unhappy with her haircut by a different hair girl. She said it was shorter than she wanted, BUT then I also heard her say it wasn't about the length (??). It honestly seems like she just wanted attention. Anyway, that person created such a ruckus, that Larissa had to ask a different hairdresser to wax my eyebrows, so she could go talk to the loud mouthed woman. I just have to say that I watched Larissa deal with that woman in the most professional way I have ever seen anyone handle a situation like that. I was appalled by the upset woman's behavior and language, and if it were me, I would Not have been so nice! Not only did Larissa exhibit genuine patience, care, and concern about the situation, she act kindly and sweetly and like a true professional. She also maintained a professional and neutral attitude toward me when she resumed finishing my haircut and dry. I could tell the poor thing was very frazzled, but she still managed to smile and ask me about my weekend plans. She quietly apologized for the other lady's behavior and she chose not to charge me for my hair cut or my wax because of it all. It's rare to see a person berate a business that did their utmost best to please them (and leave with what looked like a perfect haircut to me!!), and in turn, see the persons running that business, handle the issue with such dignity and professionalism. I will come back to Regis again, not only because I love my own hair, but because I respect the character of the girls running that place. Kudos to you Regis ladies! (Also...the 1star review left on here by a Rana something?? I recognize her as the crazy lady in the salon that day. As a person who witnessed the whole thing, I can say that review is total nonsense, and a 100% lie. That woman just didn't want to pay and needs to check herself and her character.) Horrible! Never ever going back. These unprofessional excuses for stylist need to retirer. The manager Larissa told me it was hair and it will grow back. Then had the nerve to try to charge me. She also told me she would call the police.
