Great facility! I went with this gym because of the 24 hour access, but they have so much more to offer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, there are different choices of equipment, and the classes are fun. I started seeing Brady Dale as my personal trainer on a regular basis a couple of years ago and he has helped me tremendously! He continues to motivate me and give me tools to succeed. Especially after surgery and injuries he has worked to find a routine that would work for me and get me to meet goals. He pushes me to do better every week! I would highly recommend Body Renew! The entire staff is so encouraging and helpful. I came to Body Renew for the Little Black Dress challenge and was a "newbie" to the gym. Brady Dale has been a great motivator throughout the whole challenge. He is always professional and super encouraging. Initially, I thought I would spend most of my time on the treadmill but after hitting a couple of group classes I am hooked on those! I am enjoying my time at Body Renew! Body Renew Review I joined BR in February 2016 right after moving to Alaska where I didn’t know anyone and was already extremely self conscious. Brady sat down with me and we created a plan. Over the next couple of months I lost 15 lbs, got myself a better job, started to make friends, and over all became more confident. I have always been so worried about my body but I have been able to build a pride about how hard I can work when I put my mind to it. Brady was the one that showed me how to find that pride and confidence in myself. He really helped me turn that corner and make a change that I wasn’t able to do alone. He had been by my side throughout the entire journey and I couldn’t be more grateful. He’s an amazing trainer and creates an amazing support system for his clients! Body Renew is a great place to go have a work out, has a number of trainers that will help you get started and meet your goal at an affordable price. I'm new to working out at a gym and am trying to put on weight. Having no clue where to begin I considered paying for a personal trainer. Brady Dale currently trains with me once a week at the gym and gives nutrition information to help meet my goal. The sessions have been an awesome help! If you'd like help understanding the how to's and need the extra push in a workout, ask for a personal trainer at Body Renew. My previous experiences with gyms have been disappointing-unfriendly staff, over priced, and cliques. After I paid off my last contract at a high priced AK gym, I swore I was done. However, it came to the point where I needed support and the accountability to start and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I found that through body renew and my personal trainer-Brady Dale. I have not felt embarrassed or uncomfortable (at least not psychological) in our sessions. He is able to motivate and push me so that I can become a healthier and stronger version of myself. The other plus is the wonderful child care available. I’m very thankful for this place.
