My case manager, Sandi Allen instead of helping me, tried to make life harder. She refused to approve my childcare, so I had to talk to her manager. She didn't tell me about supportive services available for relocation, even that I told her multiple times that I am planning to move to Anchorage to search for a better job. Didn't receive any supportive services from her. She is a liar, so if she is your case manager, beware. Record everything, make her sign everything you submit or you could get in trouble because of her and your benefits will be canceled. I think that tax dollars should be spend on something else, but not paying salary to incompetent workers at Maximus. I hope for people like Sandi, there is a special place in hell. Once again horrible experience.
