After ordering at least once every two weeks since they opened this location and waiting for an hour for our order we were told that they don't deliver to our house and never have.... We maybe live ten minutes away but after almost a year we are told we can't have delivery?.. If that's a policy it would've been nice to know when we first ordered last year and the person who called was nothing but rude telling me this. After such good service for such a long time, we are really let down. Good tasting pizza for a food price! I have never had my order messed up yet. love that they make puzza from a fresh dough, right there, crust comes out bubbly in some spots and it is delicious!I also love that I can order it online and see my order progress on an order tracker online. I'm apparently a couple feet past their 'delivery line.' Asked if they can just meet me at three bears, but no, due to 'security reasons'..... ya cause delivering to someone's house is somehow safer...?? I ordered pizza, chicken, pasta and lava cakes. my chicken Alfredo that odered I asked for bacon to be added. When i opened my pasta it was just noodles and bacon no sauce no chicken ok. I call let them know what was up. The guy I talked was super nice tells me he's gonna me a knew order of pasta. Sweet takes an 1 hour to get to me. I open it and geuss what its just noodles and sauce no chicken or bacon. All I wanted was chicken Alfredo add bacon. I can see it getting messed up once but twice seriously!!!!! They can never get an order correct. If you're going to order, order take out so you can get your order right. Not once, not twice, but 3 times in a row my order was messed up.
