This store is very near where I live and my kids like the food. The next closest one is a ways away so I have been there more than once. Every time it's been a sh*tshow, from very poor customer service to being overcharged. And if you do get over charged, they claim that there is nothing they can do. I actually just went there, took a coupon in and ended up overcharged as the coupon wasn't used correctly, then I was told that even though I was right, there's of course, nothing that could be done. I'm very angry. Fast food is terrible. Pulled in at 515 ish and ordered a footlong. Jacqueli was very helpful and kind at such an early hour. She really takes her job seriously by offering helpful suggestions, and making sure her workspace stays organized while she is building a subway.
