I have had a lot of issues with this place! For one they never deliver any of my boxes to my mailbox or house, but it says they "tried". Its a lie. They never answer the phone and they dont try. No rush and nothing matters to the employees. They have no pride in the work they do. I have the same complaints regarding this place as every other person reviewing them as well. In addition to never even attempting to deliver packages, when you do get a slip, you can never get there while they are open because they open at 10 am! They close completely for lunch and then close for the day before you can even arrive back from anchorage where I and a huge percentage of MatSu residents work! I have never once had these people actually attempt a delivery and they post online as if they did attempt a delivery. This has happened repeatedly and on top of that the employees are more often than not, rude. On top of that you'll practically never get them to answer your call. I feel like these people just know that we need this place and so they feel free to be lazy and rude and I don't believe that is any way to run any business. I could put zero star if I can. I spent all my day to pick up a package because the carrier couldn't find my address and marked "incorrect". I double checked, everything is correct. Then post employee didn't give me a parcel because she tryed to find it during 30 seconds and didn't find it. Then I called to ups, gave my tracking number and they confirmed where my parcel is. My parcel at the same facility where I was. I came second time. They didn't want me to give a package because my address on ID and shipping address is different! WAH. I just moved to other place. What a sistem? If a go to another place for vacation and order something, will I not be able to get a package?
