Gibson roofing might have been great back in the day but Bill has clearly lost sence of professional service. I have jumped through all Bill's hoops including driving down to the office twice at 8a.m. to get an estimate on my roofing project. Bill came out and measured my roof and said the estimate was done. A few days later still no estimate. So I called back again and then he says he lost it he has to come back out and remeasure. I tell him that's fine I'll be home all day come by anytime. no-show no call no estimate it's been over a month since I originally came down there and filled out an estimate request form. This company is clearly indifferent to the needs of its previous customers. Bill if you read this I'm still waiting for my estimate call me anytime.
