I've had a unit here for years. After moving my stuff in and out of many storage lots in Wasilla, I'm so thankful for this place! The reason I chose Alaska Mini Storage in Wasilla is because they take pride in protecting your privacy and your valuables. I've moved a lot over the years and my mail doesn't always get to me so I sometimes forget to make a payment or over pay and the manager Deb and her crew have been absolutely amazing! They treat me like I'm a real human being and not just another monthly invoice to write. I highly recommend going here for all of your storage needs! They are very personable and friendly! Haven't had any issues. We've had our things died here for over a year & prices are very accommodating! :-) Great customer service. This is the second time I've stored my stuff with them, they gave mr a returning customer rate as well. Great prices as well They are so nice and awesome highly recommend excellent customer service and and friendly Horrible customer service. Ive seen farm animals with better people skills. The lady took a personal phone call in the middle of going over my contract Im moving my stuff out before the end of the month.
