  Went to buy a Ford F150 Platinum with a 6 ft bed from Kendall Ford the day before Thanks Giving. This was literally the last one in the state that fit the current Ford incentives. We were trying to get the special interest rates but negotiations hit a snag. Given the late hour the salesperson put the truck in the wash bay, and stated we would re-visit this on Friday when management could look over the deal. Friday morning we got a call from the GM Jeremy, who was awesome and, simply put, has Kendall's best image in mind. I spoke with Jeremy and we came to terms. Jeremy was able to get me into the truck with the special financing and price that worked. Jeremy helped us out and did not want a deal to fall through when it was very close. I was at work and could not leave until 6:30, so to my understanding the truck was to be pulled from the lot until I could arrive and finish the finance paperwork. Up until this point all was going well and we had no complaints. I get a call from our sales person Julie at 6:00 pm who stated the truck was sold as its "first come first serve". From our knowledge Julie was told to pull the truck from the lot and apparently this did not happen. We have spoken directly with management and there was a break down in communication about this sale. A issue we had during this 6:00 call was that we were pushed trucks we already said did not fit what we wanted. We were particular in needing a 6ft bed along with other features and it seemed as if we were not being listened to by the sales person. During the call it seemed the salesperson was panicking about this issue but also stated it was first come first serve apparently. We have had a very good experience dealing with management. I have even spoken with the owner who also expressed his wanting to fix this. Plain and simple the last we spoke they had admitted the issue occurred and are offering to work with us in the future to make a deal happen. Given the great experience with the management team at Kendall Ford they have earned our respect and we will come back in to buy a truck, and probably other vehicles, in the future once the 2018's start to come in. I have update this post and stars to reflect the outcome of this ordeal. I look forward to working with Kendall Ford once the time is right to purchase a 2018 F150. This dealership has proven to be the most enjoyable purchasing experience to date. After an extensive search for a new 2017 F-150, our salesman Bruce took good care of us. Following up our purchase the sales management team was eager to help me resolve any issues that came up with my vehicle. I appreciate the time taken to work through my discrepancies and make the experience great. This was my first Ford purchase as well as my first experience at Kendall. I appreciated the excellent customer experience I had with Patrick O’Neill, Charlie, Steve, and Carol in Finance. I was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle, competitive prices and service. Great job and thank you! Patrick O’Neill was awesome! I have worked with him in the past on many vehicle purchases and he knows his stuff! I recently purchased a Ford F-150. I have purchased vehicles before from dealerships. For the most part, my experiences have been somewhat unfavorable. Not at Kendall Ford of Wasilla. The team there really showed that they value the customer and worked with me to get into a beautiful truck. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.
