Had a great experience from start to finish. Trevor treated my wife, son and I very well. He didn't jerk us around, nor did he waist my time. Trevor and his manager were fair negotiating the price. Their finance department is awesome as well. We will more than likely use these folks for our next vehicle. If I had to give a critique on the process, the car we purchased was low on fuel and they refilled the tank, however it was not full(just over half) . Purchased a few vehicles in the past and they always came with a full tank. When I showed up at the dealership, Lance was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and was able to quickly price my trade-in and secure my financing. The other staff at the dealership was friendly and professional, and the interior was well kept. To date this is the best experience I’ve had at a dealership, and I definitely would recommend Lithia to anyone looking for a new vehicle. The Sales Manager, Randy, was a great guy to work with. Everyone we talked to there was helpful and it was very low pressure. The car basically sold itself and the staff was just there to facilitate the sale.
