I really like how friendly the front staff, back staff, and doctors are. They are all very helpful and welcoming. The clinic is very clean, nice, and well run. The place is always busy but you can get in for an appt. on a timely fashion. The work is great quality and no issues. We've been going to Advanced Family Dentistry for years and have always been happy with our experiences! The staff is all caring, and helpful, and they make every effort to make the experience as pleasant and pain free as possible. I had an issue with some work that was done, and it was fixed a year later free of charge! I was very impressed with that, as it likely wasn't anything the dentist did wrong. I had a great time the first time I visited. Dr. Lowrie and his staff were wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. They gave me a welcome bag since it was my first time there, which was nice. I actually look forward to my next appointment. Great family friendly office. Staff and providers very friendly and fun. Great front desk staff, very easy to get appointments, and quick follow up/turn around times! Very knowledgeable on all dental insurances, and work with you on things not covered by insurance. Best dental experience in Alaska! My kids have been visiting here for couple of years and the staff have been very pleasant with them. It helps a lot for kiddos to visit a dental office with very friendly staff; it makes them very comfortable getting their treatments done. Today is my first time getting dental treatment in this very office, and I'm very certain that I'm in good hands based on my kids experience.
