  We are so thankful we found Aurora Dental! My husband was in serious need of some emergency dental care and they not only got us in within an hour of us calling them BUT they also took care of my husband's dental needs (two pulled teeth and follow-up for some other care) quickly, effectively, and with the utmost attention to his well-being. From the office staff to the doctors - they are all wonderful. Whether it be a last minute emergency dental procedure, routine cleaning, or pediatric dental visit, the staff at Aurora Dental are always more than accomodating. They answer questions on insurance, keep you informed about how much your copay will be, what the remaining balance is on your coverage, and anything else you could ask for. Our family is treated great here, and my three and five year old children have no dread about going to the dentist. Whatever magic Dr. Nick and Dr. Dedeker cast on them is amazing and appreciated. They seem to control the kids better than my wife or I can at times. I couldn’t recommend a better medical office. Dr. Nick and his staff are awesome. I was afraid of going to the dentist, but he and his staff have made those fears disappear. They are easy to work with and very friendly too. Recommend highly, they are the only dental office I will ever want to be at first not just myself, but our 4 kids as well. They treat our kids great as well. Dr. Nick has been my son’s dentist for years, and is absolutely amazing with him. I saw him today for a root canal, and it was virtually painless. The whole staff was personable and accommodating. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to, and I could not give any higher recommendation. I had to go to Aurora Dental because my regular dentist was unavailable when I had a dental emergency. Dr. Methven was super nice, professional, gave me a temp filling, and seemed to have a plan for a more permanent solution before I even left. He was very accommodative of my severe dental anxiety. Just one problem - the front desk doesn't seem to know how to do their job. I emailed them requesting an appointment date the very next day. Nothing back. I figured they were busy and waited a week to try contacting them since my dental situation wasn't of immediate urgency. Again, nothing. I got a bill in the mail several weeks later, realized they only billed one of my insurances because in the rush of having a dental emergency, I only emailed them one of my insurance cards. So, I emailed them a photocopy of the second dental insurance card. It's been about a month and I NEVER heard back. No verification email, no additional bill either though so I guess my insurance covered it in full? I don't know for sure because these people are incompetent and have lacking business, management, and people skills. Yes, I had the correct email address because they had no issue when I initially emailed them my first insurance card photocopy on the day of the dental emergency. Edit: An hour or two after I posted this review, I missed a call from Aurora Dental Clinic. Then, they proceeded to call my EMERGENCY CONTACT. He panicked because he works an hour away and thought I was having another dental emergency that was going very wrong, because, you know, that's what an emergency contact is for! Not because you want to contact a one-time patient by phone in response to a Google review! More unprofessional behavior is NOT going to remove a well-deserved two-star (now one-star due to your antics, so good going) review. If you can waste time during office hours calling not only a one-time patient but also their emergency contact about a Google review, you certainly had time to get back to me about setting up an appointment back in July. Best wishes, this behavior finalizes that I will not be coming back here under any circumstance.
