This is one of the best eye centers in the world! I had an emergency situation, and they got me in within one hour of the time that I called. Even though I wasn't a patient of theirs. My "Previous" Optometrist told me they didn't have an opening till February, even thought I told them I had a detached retina! They told me to go to the emergency room, which I found out was bad advice. So I'm firing my previous optometrist and I'm going to Wolf Eye Center from now on for eye care. They care, have a great staff, and great Ophthalmologists and Optometrists! I am very impressed with Dr. Wolf, he did an amazing job on my cataracts and has removed what I believe was a Chevy bumper from one of my eyes. He did mention it wasn't quite that big. lol Thank you Doc great job. I've also sent some of my friends your way. Bob V. Very displeased with the service. I am a patient. I develped a very disturbing problem with my eyes and needed to see my doctor. When I called for an appointment, I had to answer 25 questions and was told they would call me back. When they did, I was told I would have to wait two weeks. When I need to see the doctor, I expect the doctor to be some what responsive and concerned with my problem. Needless to say, I am looking for someone else who is willing to take care of me in a timely manner. This was our first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciated the text message reminder for the appointment. The office staff were kind and efficient, making my son feel comfortable right away. From checkin to selecting glasses, this was a positive experience for my family. Great place to pick out glasses. I like how helpful they are. Friendly staff and knowledgeable as well.
