I love Lowe's, but I have had some horrible customer service here. I still shop there because they offer amazing deals and I prefer it over Home Depot but the employees could be less rude and more helpful. Requested to buy a product that I already purchased in the lawn and garden department several weeks ago and the employee insisted repeatedly that the product has never been carried by this Lowe"s store (without checking inventory or asking another employee). Only after I pulled the actual receipt from my purse, did she take the time to speak to a knowledgeable employee who showed her to the product on a shelf several fret away in the back stock area. This isn't the first time I have had to insist on making a purchase on the garden department. It is the last time I will make a purchase at the Lowe's. Great location and everything you would expect from any Lowe's chain store. Even when the staff has no idea what you are needed they really try to help you solve it and find what you need. Savanna assisted me in getting the right parts for the dishwasher she sold me and gave me important advice. She's good. Promote that woman. Thanks. The store always has what I need. The sales people are always most helpful. Its my go to place for hardware and building materials.
