Not up to there normal customer service on the floor out of the 8 I counted 4were standing I a group for the whole 2½ hrs I was there and 2others we're messing around and playing 1was working on putting things up but didn't seam to want to take time to help anyone but now the last one Everytime I seen him he was nonstop working and helping folks when asked or noticed them looking and was very nice and professional that man deserves a raise Superb customer service, and I have to correct the one reviewer who said they don't give military discount. Well, I used to work for Home Depot several years ago and they stated in the training that HD has been and will always be a steadfast supporter of the military and will always offer military discount. It's one of the prime reasons I still shop there, not to mention I know the level of customer service training they receive. Good job #1304!!! When you want to buy or rent equipment visit The Home Depot. The Home Depot rents a verity equipment. Sadly the computer system can cause problems and make a quick stop turn into an hour wait. The employees are very polite, but if they're not trained then it's their supervisors fault. A trained employee with experience will get you in and out of the store, but a cliche in the computer system will always slow things down. There is plenty of parking, and plenty of tools and supplies. The prices are fair. Went to the kids crafting day at home depot. They had lots of fun! Will be going again every 1st saturdays of the month! Employee Gina Sims was very helpful and courteous! Excellent staff over all!
