We needed a jeweler we could trust to repair my anniversary ring and also my wedding band. I had lost a diamond out of the wedding band and also one out of the anniversary ring. We had inquired as to who to take them to for repairs and Gold Rush was recommended to us by a couple different people. I took my rings in on Thursday and not only did I have diamonds missing but had 16 prongs that needed repair! I was there around 10am in the morning and he knew how upset I was to leave my rings. I received a call in the afternoon that they had went ahead and completed the repairs on my rings. I went back Friday morning with my husband and found out they actually found 19 prongs that needed repaired/replaced and they didn't charge me any more than what they quoted. I now have my rings back on my finger and we are thrilled with the job they completed on them. Very satisfied with the work, the service, and their attention to detail. We now have found our jeweler in Alaska! A great place to sell your gold to. They have a wide variety of nice pieces to choose from. Their custom work is top notch. Handicap access is fair, chair access is difficult but possible. My husband and I discovered this jeweler a few years ago and have been going back ever since. Believe it's family owned and it shows - the level of customer service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and fast with orders. Anytime we've needed to make changes with custom settings they've never argued or turned away. The prices are fair, and I think the quality of work is great! My husband has had them create custom rings and other jewelry and they never cease to amaze and come through on time!!! Just this week we had a friend take in their wedding set to be resized. Normal wait time would have been a few weeks but they rushed it and was completed within a day. Awesome company!!!! Great small business, always worth looking here! Good jeweler
