The effect of the girls wearing fancy dresses trying to sell the product is very much diminished with their nasty tattoos. Femininity & tattoos don't go together very well. Extremely unprofessional. The customer service is aweful. They literally make every part of dealing with them difficult. Don't give them your business. The drive to Anchorage to see any other jewler is worth it. Most rude and obnoxious manager (Brandon) I have ever dealt with. Because I didn't want to provide my email address, I was insulted and refused service.
