I dropped off a duvet and I was quoted 1 week to have it done. Almost 3 weeks later, I never received a phone call saying it was done, so I called, and when they answered I received rude service. Unfortunately we don't have many options in Wasilla......... They could not find our quilt when we were supposed to come pick it up on a Friday. We called again on Saturday and there was no update. Called again on Monday and they located it in Anchorage. We were flying out of town and had to go pick it up. I expected a discount or maybe even a comp at this point, but the Anchorage location seemed unaware of the inconvenience and I had to ask if they were going to do anything for us. They offered a military discount. At least we got our quilt back. Warning: this place will not clean wool blankets!?
