Terrible experience. They won't give us a receipt and they left with work still to be done. There were also mad when they found out they weren’t gonna get all the copper pipe in the house. That copper pipe isn’t for you to recycle and keep the money. Screw this company, don’t EVER hire them. Check out the GREAT repairs that TCM did for us in January! The problem is back and WORSE than ever!! And I am sure they'll commit below and say that we didn't follow their instructions. HOWEVER, they HEATED our attic while they're was snow on our roof. Then after MASSIVE ice-dams were created THEN they said we should remove the snow. After spending nearly $10k, our home is WORSE then before we hired TCM. Great out fits to work with
