She is newly pregnant and is having a rough first trimester. Neal Prater was exceptionally (in her words) "courteous, helpful, respectful, sensitive and had a very customer service oriented attitude... I don't know...amazing." He gave her tips that helped her navigate the pharmacy experience infinitely better. This is a big deal as we rarely visit pharmacies, are very unfamiliar with the routine, and are a self paying customer.
