When I needed help they provided it! I don't mind the wait because these people are thorough and accurate! This is not a fast food restaurant so people complaining about the wait should order their meds online. Great people! I went with 2 stars instead of 1 because I know they try. However, the line always seems to be a 20 minute wait, or longer. And you're lucky if you only have to stand in it one time. I almost always have to go through the line at least twice because of snags in the pipeline. Additionally, they are frequently out of stock. Maybe it's just because they are so busy, but if that's the case then they really need to hire more. Having two registers going all the time would seriously help (usually they have one going). Everyone at this Walmart pharmacy is very polite, and they genuinely seem to care. I think the only issue here is one of under-staffing. Very sad that we have to wait for RX that were called in the DAY BEFORE...still have to wait minimum of 30 mins, you know they are short handed, answer calls, Yada yada..I know that they are busy but seriously?? Obviously they need to revisit their employee's and hire the help, Pharmacists needed to run efficiently ..it's just very disappointing..
