If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is likely the worst place I have taken my pet. As soon as you walk in, you feel like you are on an episode of Hoarders and your nostrils burn with the smell of overpowering ozone (which, btw, can be very damaging to your pet's respiratory system). The time I went there, there was a child in just a diaper (no clothing!) playing in a mound of miscellany in the lobby while whines and barks filled the air. It was extremely unprofessional and dirty. Please, for the health of your pets keep them away from this place, as I highly doubt that any of the tools this person uses have been sterilized in the last decade.
