Happy Hooker is my hero! After hiking all afternoon at hatcher Pass, I got back down to my car only to realize my keys had fallen out of my pocket. It was cold, windy and I had my two dogs with me. I called a few other Tow companies and they couldn't help me, at this point I felt like I was in a minor crisis because I was getting very, very cold. I called Happy Hooker and Roberta in the main office stayed calm and assured d me that they would come take care of me. When Eric arrived with his truck, he had the heat on full blast and put my dogs in the front seat with him! I stayed warm by the heater blower and he did all the rest. I am very very grateful for this company! They will be the only company I use in the future! Great name and service! I broke my drive shaft almost 100 miles from Anchorage around 9pm on a Thursday night. A 52 year old woman alone. A truck was there as soon as was legally possible. The driver quickly and carefully secured my Yukon on the flatbed. He was friendly and professional. The ride into Anchorage was pleasant and comfortable. I never felt uncomfortable or like a burden to the helpful young man who rescued me and my vehicle. Yes, it was definitely worth every penny and I will be saving their name and number if I ever need a tow!♡♥♡Kevin was an answer to my roadside prayers! They got there quickly. They secured my Motorcycle in a professional manner. Fair prices. Not damaging my bike PRICELESS Professional service! They were johnny-on-the-spot when I locked myself out - used them previously when my truck broke down. Driver was efficient and dispatch was nice. Highly recommended.
