The service was good. The food has really gone down hill as of late. It is really more sit down fast food then it is a restaurant. I don't know if that's all red robins or just the one near me but if I'm paying $30 per person I would expect restaurant quality food and not Carl's Jr level of burgers. Past 3 times I have been here the food hasn't gotten better. I also don't get the bottomless fries. I only eat the first serving that I get but it really bugs me when I get only 10 fries with my burger. Please just give me a proper order. I don't want to order a second set of fries. Time is money and sitting at red robin waiting on my free fries is not how I want to spend my lunch break. Gotta love burgers. They have other options but they do best at what they are known for. Parking lot isn't great but that's the biggest complaint. Clean and comfortable inside. Nice service although not as much energy as usual with their birthday singing. But enjoyable none the less. I wish they were more serious and consistent with their allergy orders. It has gotten to the point where I can't eat the fries, even though I specify the order is an allergy and request fries from the allergy fryer they always end up coming out with pieces of french fried onion strings, or onion ring breading mixed in with the fries or in the bottom of the basket. I am not sure if they are frying them separately but then using the same basket that they use for the onion rings, chicken strips etc., to take them out of the fryer or what....but I pay full price (which has increased this last year) for my burger but can't eat the fries which is really sad! Since they advertise that they take allergy orders seriously I wish they would follow through with it and be consistent. Sometimes my burger with arrive with the purple "allergy" toothpick, sometimes it doesn't. Very hit or miss, but the burgers are always tasty. Ordered Pub Mac and Cheese to go ($11.50) Mac and Cheese that was in the bag was tiny. Looked like a side Mac and Cheese ($4.00) I called the restaurant and was informed that they only have one size Mac and Cheese. Their Menu says otherwise. The person who takes phone orders should inform people to order the side Mac and Cheese instead of the Pub Mac and Cheese on to go orders. Won't ever order or go back again. Good food normally not too much of a wait but can be very loud and busy reasonably priced for Alaska
