They are very unprofessional and when I lost my credit card and ordered a new one, the very day that charge did not go through he called and threatened to put all of my things up for sale instead of just asking me for my correct credit card number. I mean really? I even asked if we could just take it out of my bank account every month and he could not do that. They needed a credit card because I geuss their "system" doesn't do that. Then we went to this evening to retrieve items at 9:20 PM and we were locked inside, we forgot that the hours were 9:30 PM… I mean really why would you have a gate code for the customers if they had to be out exactly at 9:30 PM! So when we were stuck here at 9:35 they said they had to charge us a fee for coming to let us out and they were rude when they "said it's in the contract!" Really who remembers that stuff? Don't bother getting a storage unit here it will always be a headache, and it has been known that heroin addict have broken into many units here so it is not as safe as they allege. And frankly we can just go over to the other storage unit guys who have 11 positive reviews, they are open 24 hours a day seven days a week for the customers, and you can pay your bill online without haggling with the owner! Imagine that Had a completely different experience from earlier reviewer. Was never sure about the "business hours," and frequently found owner there during off-hours and sometimes not there during posted hours. Other than that, the owner was always pleasant and quite chatty when I visited my unit or stopped by to pay my rent. He provided receipts when I asked for them. I always was able to get in day or night with my code (but I never tried during the middle of the night). Recommend this place, and would use again. Never available during business hours, calls about rent when not late, won't send out receipts or balance statements when using drop box (which is the excuse for not actually being there to collect rent), no 24 hour access despite gate that requires a code for entry.
