I've brought both of my girls here for cleanings/checkups, a three year old and a one year old. The dentist and assistants were so kind and wonderful. It was a pleasant experience for everyone! We had another experience with this office when my three year old damaged one of her teeth really badly. Of course it happened right after the office closed; I called anyway and they answered then agreed to stay late and help us. Dr. Beck was fantastic with her, he was so calm and I think that really helped her stay calm as well. She ended up having to get some work done the next day to make sure everything heals properly and she was really upset that time. Dr. Beck and his assistant stayed calm and did everything he could to make her as comfortable as possible while still getting the work done. They even brought someone in to help me with my toddler since I had to bring her with me. Dr. Beck answered all of my questions and really made me confident that he did everything possible to help my daughter. Thank you Dr. Beck and team! I have 5 kids and they love the people here!! I struggled to find someone who could work with my autism spec child. I also had the young biters, the hyper adhd boys and ones that simply feared going due to painful experiences. They are kind and extremely patient. You can tell that they really love the kids. Because of Dr Beck (and of course all the dental assistants, hygienist and office staff) my kids no longer fear going to the dentist. They are also very knowledgeable and answer all your questions. Even when packed and when emergencies happen they go above and beyond to get your children taken care of. We have been here for years and I can not recommend this place enough!! Very impressed with the fast and friendly service provided with my granddaughter today! The dentist ( Bradley )and his assistant were amazing with Taylor. She was right in and out without any fussing. The overall visit was amazing. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely refer friends and family. I really loved this place. My kiddo came in for a really problem tooth for a consultation. That same day they squeezed us in to have it removed for him! He has had bad experiences with prior dental procedures involving facial trauma in an accident between his teeth and a boulder ... and they really worked with his anxiety and it went so smoothly. He got multiple shots and those went smoothly and dr Robinson was very gentle and really tried everything to help him out. I appreciate everyone there and their accommodations for us. I really felt like my son was treated very well and given the opportunity to express his feelings , redirected and given positive reinforcement. The headphones and cartoons are a nice touch but nothing beats a caring doctor and awesome staff which this place has! The whole staff really has a heart for pediatrics and what a difference that makes ! Love this place ! Wow! Great people and great facility! Very clean and modern everything! TVs on the ceiling/wireless headphones help kids relax for treatment. All of the doctors & assistants are terrific with kids! The front desk staff even helped with my little one while my older got a filling! Above & beyond! Thank you!
