This is by far the best dentist office I have been too. The staff is very friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. They do everything in their power to make your visit bearable. It's really a shame I had to give them any stars. They pulled my tooth, offered no pain medication because I have an allergic reaction to certain meds (that was okay, but totally sucked), instead of offering an alternative. When I went back for a cleaning a month later, the dental assistant that was there when he pulled my tooth gave me a funny look and said "Oh, it's you. I'm surprised you came back." Wow. So yes that made me horrified to think they actually try to drive their patients away and 100% uncomfortable with them doing the cleaning. Plus it peaked my anxiety, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are rude and totally disrespectful. As I stated, I would have given 0 stars if Google would have let me. Dr. Cole and his wonderful staff have put that terror to the back burner. Great prices, non-judgmental, totally professional, and, they LISTEN! They have the most up to date equipment I have ever seen, so there are none of those gagging-in your mouth x-rays. If you are looking for a new dentist or haven't been for a long time, this is your place. Lastly, this may not be important to all, but the empathy in the office let me know I didn't need to be afraid. Dr. Cole and his staff are very friendly and very caring people! I am handicapped and they go out of their way to accommodate me! I sometimes have to make very late cancellations due to ill health and they are always gracious and understanding. I highly recommend this practice! Dr Cole and his staff were awesome! I've had a lot of past dental work, not all of it pleasant. I mentioned this to Dr Cole and his assistant, they were very friendly and comforting and did everything they could to ease my worry and nerves. I'll be back in 6 months to finish the remaining dental work needed! Very pleased!
