Unbelievable very nice place to stay very professional people and thanks for looking out for my needs The owner and staff here genuinely care for their guests. They do NOT put up with rowdy or obnoxious people. It is an extremely quite place to stay and they allow pets. This is the BEST place non-chain place to stay in the Matsu Valley. Extremely affordable and very clean---especially with all of the new investments made by the owner. The staff take pride in having a clean room. I've stayed here for some lengthy stays. Do NOT believe what any of the negative comments that have been written here by a few people. If you stay here you will be very happy. Not to mention they are VERY affordable. Customer service not up to par I couldn't recommend this place to anyone especially since there are other options in the area. This room was ill-equipped and dirty. I had 3 phone calls but I never knew about them; not getting them cost me a reunion with someone I haven't seen in a long time. There was black hair in the sink. They had a single table lamp for lighting the living area; it didn't work. There was no decent place to put clothes. TV stations were intermittent or didn't come in. I was told the computer "might be slow" when I checked in. Try non-existent. I wasn't able to do work I had planned on doing. I am sarcastically entertained that they call themselves "Alaskan View" when the windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them! It was good
