Really helpful and intelligent staff. Assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted with a competitive price and amazing customer service. Terrible terrible. Went in and picked out a mattress, the worker said if we put $400 down he could have it in the store the next day. The next day we went in, paid the rest off, then he tells us it's not coming until tomorrow. Call the next day and he said it's still not in... 3 days we waited, so I called the warehouse the next town over to just drive and pick it up since we slept on the floor for 3 days. The lady told me they couldn't have the bed ready in time before they closed. So I asked for my money back. We've been waiting now almost 2 weeks for our refund, and every time we talk to someone we get a different story. Super unprofessional, I can't even believe the stress this buisness has caused me the past two weeks. So we went over to mattress ranch. Had awesome service, picked out a mattress, and took it home that day. And saved a couple hundred dollars Horrible service. I bought a temper pedic, mattress protector and an adjustable frame. Spent around $6,000. And the mattress protector was not the right size and they would exchange it or work with me. I also purchased it the day prior. So it had never been used. Over 35 minutes in the place and not one person approached us. On the phone entire time
