Great guy, great experience. We rented an ATV this weekend and it went just as we hoped. Stopped by picked up the ATV with helmets and ramp. We were advised some good trails to check out. We rode the ATV though some deep mud and ruts. Then gave it a light rinsing and dropped it off with no problems. The ATV was a newer 2015 Honda and did great. Hope all of the rentals go this smoothly for customer and owner. Phenomenal place. Rented a 4 wheeler no problems with trailer and tutorial and later rescued a full size truck from swamp that 4 days with a tractor didn't work and Alaska toy rental did it in 30 minutes. Very easy to rent from and was easy to get ahold of which I appreciated Recovered my stuck and abandoned side by side from way back in pinochle after multiple days of rain. Very helpful and fair. My wife and I wanted to rent a side by side before we went out and bought one. As soon as we walked into this place we didn't feel comfortable but we had already made the reservations. His paperwork and forms look sloppy like a child made them for him. He was very reluctant to give us copies of anything. We had to demand it from him more than twice. A formal pre inspection was no conducted just asked me to look it over real fast for major damage so I checked moving parts in the front and back, and never gave me anything to write up any damages I saw. I cleaned the piss out of when I brought it back, (cleaner than when I got it) and they tried hitting me with damages and cleaning fees as soon as I got it off the trailer. (cracks on the plastics) costing $150,( I WAS AT SUTTON ON FLAT TRAILS FOR 3 HOURS IMPOSSIBLE TO BREAK THE THICK A@@ PLASTICS) he says it a part that breaks on about %90 percent of the time ????? so shouldn't he have said something prior to renting or just remove that one little part or try to reinforce it??? seems a little shaddy to me. Seems more like he keeps charging people for the same broken parts but never actually fixes it until it needs to be fixed. Anyways I asked why he doesn't have insurance cover these damages, he said "I don't want my premium to go up" There was a lot more but don't want to write a novel, so bottom line If you do go through this guy use extreme caution, get copies of everything and pretty much spend an hour looking over everything on the equipment before you take off. also take lots of pre inspection pictures to prove yourself. Oh last thing keep an eye on your credit card bills. Read other reviews about this company.
