Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Got my brakes done there and they did it a great job in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place Poor customer service:(. Took my car in Friday night and left it there so they could work on it Saturday. I called right before closing time Saturday and they said they didn't have time to get it in. Mine should have been one of the first ones done Saturday. So Monday comes around, and right before closing I call again, this time they tell me they forgot to work on my car! He said he will stay after hours and work on it right away. So Monday evening I finally got my car back. Not everyone can wait around days for a simple car repair. I didn't appreciate having my time wasted and forgotten about. The guy charged me full amount and didn't apologize for forgetting to work on my car. Since that experience I've found a new car repair shop. I know in the past few times I've taken my car there, I have to call to find out about my car because they don't call when your vehicle is done. Go somewhere else, DON'T go here. Poor customer service. Owner lied to me about my car and doesn't trust his own mechanics work. Perfect every time! Have taken different vehicles there over the years and the work is prompt and affordable. They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I Droped my wife's car at their shop because it had a moaning sound coming from engine compartment. The mechanic said it sounded like a rear wheel bearing Me being a former mechanic who just did not have the time to chase down a noise told him I am pritty sure it's coming from one or more of the 8 pullies so he said he would take a look. I left the car over night and he called me and said that they replaced the problem pulley and the car was good to go. When I picked up the car it was making the same sound so I took it back and asked what pulley the had replaced the mechanic pointed to the one that he said was replaced and that it had the old cover and bolt on it so that's why it did not look new. I took it home did my own troubleshooting on it found the problem it so happened to be the decoupling pulley on the alternator and found that the pulley they had said the replaced to be all rusted and look like it had not been replaced. I looked at all the other pullies and same thing. So with them claiming to have replaced a pulley and did not. claiming they fixed the problem but did not I can safely say I would not recommend this company to anyone not even someone who breaks down near their shop. If I could I would give this company no stars but sadly it does not work that way.
