For 15 years now Rob and his crew have been keeping our vehicles running. They've taken good care of us. I contracted Master auto repair to do a Pre purchase inspection. I believe that they compromised the inspection due to the seller turned out to be an supplier of salvage parts. The inspection only noted worn rear brake pads and wheel bearings. It did not note that the manual transmission operated poorly, the interior was in poor condition, windshield cracked, bumper front and rear punctured. They wanted to charge me $700.00 to change rear brake pads and one side front wheel bearing... WTF??? Parts cost what $50.00 max and would take a couple of hours max. I feel swindled. I contracted this company and they screwed me. I am from out of town and I guess thats the way they treat people from out of town. Be warned and take your business elsewhere. My van broke down they have help my family out from getting to the rental car place to storing the vehicle until i could get back to it. Top notch people here. Horrible and crooked place, they are liars and will go as far as tampering with your vehicle to get repair work out of it. Don't trust them, there positive reviews are self made. Do your research before they get you also!!!! No need to worry about being taken advantage of here! Trustworthy, patient, flexible people. They have been understanding of my need to spread out the services needing to be done on my vehicle, have allowed me to change my appointment days and times without fuss, are fair and honest in their pricing, and have even encouraged another customer (while I was waiting for my service to be completed) not to buy a certain part that his car didn't need! Who does that?! I am so grateful to have found this shop. **Update** Just called the shop to ask about previous work we had done on our van, as I couldn't find the paperwork fast enough. They were able to pull it right up, and give advice on how often services should be done. Master Auto saved the day again, and saved us from being swindled out of $250 by a dealership doing recall work for us.
