Fishhook Auto Care got me in the same day I called. They have a shuttle that took me back to work and picked me up when my vehicle was finished. Their mechanical work was knowledgeable, efficient, competitively priced, and the customer service was top notch! I will definitely use these guys again the next time my vehicle needs servicing! I would totally go back to this shop, they were very helpful and truthful and didn't charge me an arm and a leg, fast service even with the problem i presented them with, thanks again guys =) He will rip you off of you give him a chance. Fish saves the day! for a truck we thought it was going to cost a lot of $.$$$ cash to fix he had us in and out with minimal expense thanks FISH this is are third time this year cant wait to save more money next time YOU MIGHT SAY WERE HOOKED J""""""" ; Called to make an appointment for an oil change they said it would be $62 for conventional, I then asked how much the synthetic would be, I was then told with then synthetic it would be ~$90 I can't remember the exact amount. I then asked if they did check engine lights, I was told yes they do never said how much this was. I then proceeded to schedule an appointment with them and they confirmed by saying the time and date with the synthetic oil change I said I wanted the conventional, so she confined that i wanted conventional and a check engine light I said that's correct how much would that be and they then said ~$62 there was some change involved I don't remember the exact amount. I then go in for the appointment thinking it would be $62 for an oil change and a check engine light based on what they told me on the phone. They then had me sign a piece of paper stating they can check my engine light just thinking it was to cover them selves for insurance purposes, I signed the piece of paper. I then asked how long it would be, I was told about an hour. After waiting 2 and a half hours, they finally call me up to the desk to check out they told me what was wrong and then the total, $160 confused I asked what, why so much. They then stated before anything else could be said, this is why you sign your agreeing to pay this much I was not told that there was a $100 charge for a check engine light which all I wanted done was it cleared I knew what was wrong with it and told them that before I handed them my keys. I didn't mind the fact that there was a charge that's what ever business do that anything to get a penny from you. What aggravated me about the situation is that on the phone when I asked how much it would be for conventional oil change and the engine light and was told $62, walking in with that in mind unaware of the check engine light fee which had I of know there was one I would of declined I was under the assumption that the total cost would be $62 for the oil and engine light check that was what was said on the phone. Terrible place to go. DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
