Unprofessional/"un-knowledgeable" receptionist - put me on hold to have patronizing manager tell me it was my fault I never received call saying my late parts finally arrived. She then tried to schedule my repair even further out than quoted 5 minutes prior. Completely different treatment/customer service than their Anchorage locale. Hopefully, this attempt will go smoother and I can have the car fixed... 3 months after the accident.
