I have bought a house through Devon Thomas and have referred everyone I know buying or selling a home to this team. They are professional and efficient and GET THE JOB DONE! I WOULD encourage anyone interested in listing their home to call Devon today as she is very knowledgeable and honest about what she can do for you. Even if she is unavailable, you can't go wrong working with anyone on this team!! I was shopping for a home in Wasilla from my current residence in Anchorage. I clicked on contacting the agent listed on Zillow to see a house the next day. Matt Steele with Century 21 Realty Solutions texted me at around 6am. That itself is very disrespectful and insensitive. When I got up later, I replied with the name of my realtor in a different city and he insisted that it was for my best interest that they show the property and not him. How rude! This is not a courteous person willing to do his job. I am in no contract with the Anchorage person and had asked Matt if he can show the property. For all I know he will become my new realtor for Wasilla. Instead of explaining himself and helping me understand, he made the decision for me saying it was in my best interest to have someone else show this. I don't agree. Wow, what a hassle trying to work with Matt Steele. Why won't he just show me the home??? Is everyone at Century 21 Realty Solutions this snotty??? Do they just cater to the higher end houses and not so much this mere 200,000 price range home. If so, they should say so. Yet he was listed on Zillow and all I did was click. I feel quite harassed by this man now.
