Personally, I do not think they even warrant one star, but for me to be able to post this I have to select at least one. Let me start with this, my husband and I were looking to buy our first home and we used one of their agents put in an offer and didn't get the home (which is not their fault, someone put a larger offer than we wanted to put on the property). Then the suggestion of building a house came up and to my husband & I, it sounded perfect (we could put whatever touches we wanted on the house, customize it to our taste). However, here was the problem, the inexperience of the agent we were using began to reflect on her work, I was constantly having to correct her own paperwork (let me remind you, this was our first home we were buying and let me tell you what, it was a massive learning experience for us), I mean little details like putting the correct address of the property we were buying instead of the previous house we made an offer on, it was hard to decide whether she was incompetent or just lazy. I had to constantly remind her of emails I had sent her to review and send to the builders broker or additions to our contract that were very important, she'd forget and of course my husband and I were the ones losing in this situation. Several months before closing on our house I expressed to her broker that I no longer wished to work with said-agent because of the constant issues we were having and she verbally agreed that I would not have to work with her. Here's the kicker, when I called the broker back to get information on my contract, emailed, left voicemails and did not receive a single call-back. It's funny to say that our builders broker (which I will use for any future realty purposes) was much more kind and helpful to us then the person who was said to have my personal interest in mind. Here is the best part of this story: when I finally closed on my house at the end of November, both the broker and that realtors signature were on the paperwork in the Title companies office, so they were able to collect the commission but not return my calls/emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
