I want to give no stars! Not very friendly. Maintenance is very slow with problems that need fixed right away. They don’t document damages and then try to make you pay for them at move out. Bart who showed us the house didn’t know anything of the property and couldn’t answer any questions for us. We decided to rent with them as a last option and have had nothing but problems when it comes to our move out and Maintenance. If I could give them no stars I would! I would NEVER recommend renting any property they manage! They are extremely lazy when it comes to fixing issues, such as a heater not working in the winter, and water heater not working in the winter. They are also money hungry when it comes to keeping your deposit. They will not properly document damages previously to you moving in, and charge you for them when you move out. Please beware and stay away from renting from them. Our rental realtor was Sherri and she was awesome! Very prompt with replies, knowledgeable about the property we were interested in and made the process of getting into it easy. Lots of listings but property management is slow to respond
