  Charlene Moss Realty Inc has been a great company to work with as an owner! i have easy access to information about how my property is doing with their updates on their online owner portal. Being a military family moving a lot we don't like to keep too much paperwork around and their online owner portal makes it an easy and convenient place to store and look up all our documents and monthly statements without cluttering our house and having to move it around with us. The whole team at Charlene Moss Realty Inc does a great job in staying in touch with us when our tenants have an issue or when we have work being done, I've never had a problem getting a hold of the office by phone or email. I would highly suggest hiring Charlene Moss Realty Inc to manage your property! Dishonest group. One of the least professional businesses I have had to deal with. I say this being a person who has rented out a home I have owned in the past. It took them 4 months to fix the dishwasher. So we had to wash by hand for a family of 6. When we moved in the lawn hadn't been mowed for months, but they charged me to mow it when I moved out (I missed 2 weeks). They make you sign a waiver that says you have to pay for carpet cleaning no matter how long you live there. If you are late on rent, the fine is $80/day. We were late by a couple of days when our son was sent via life flight to Seattle, but they were heartless and charged us late fees anyway. We have been tenants of a house that Charlene Moss Realty manages for approximately two years. The house we are renting has had a few issues but we have been more than satisfied with the prompt responses to any concerns or requests that we have had in this rental. I have no hesitation in recommending Charlene Moss Realty to anyone looking to rent any property they manage as all of the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Pretty good experience overall, no real complaints. Initially we had some hiccups when trying to view a couple places, but nothing that was really a problem, just some communication mishaps. Once we were all on the same page though, all good. The tenancy itself was great (full 12 months). Any little things that came up with the home we were in were rectified quickly. The website was easy to use and very easy to submit anything that needed fixing in the home. No issues at all with the move-out process. We gave our 30 day notice, set an appointment for the final walkthrough, and they were there on time for it. Doesn't get much easier. It was about a week or ten days to get the security deposit back, which seemed reasonable to me. Gives them time to review before and after pics, make sure nothing was missing/damaged. Overall a very good experience. Great dealing with Karen, Rheannon, Jane, Melissa, and Charlene. My husband and I have bought and sold several homes with Charlene Moss being our agent. Our first experience with her real estate Company was in 2010 when we sold our home in Chugiak. Even though we did not live in the valley, Charlene and her team of professionals were very helpful and prompt in all the transactions, advertising, and showings.. etc. Our home sold very quickly, and we attribute this to the caring and professional manner our home sale was handled. When we decided to move to the Valley, we were happy to have the Charlene Moss team help us find, and purchase our home there. Again, everything was handled with the utmost in promptness, and professional manner. Everything went exceptionally quickly, and with no problems. When we sold that home in Wasilla last Spring, we were again happy to call upon our agent, and now friend. The team was quick to find a qualified buyer, and again saw this sale from start to finish, with everything again being wrapped up and finalized in a timely manner. For all the above reasons, we highly recommend Charlene Moss Realty Inc to anyone looking to either sell, or buy a home.
