Excellent. Ordered and paid online. Picked up locally. Love keeping my neighbors working. Local shopping combined with the ease of online ordering. Plus a discount! Needed a battery for my VHF radio. Couldn't find it anywhere. Amazon had it but wouldn't ship to Alaska. Found these guys and they had the battery. Went in and was greeted with great customer service and out of there in 5 minutes with the battery. Thanks guys! Bought online. They said battery was ready. drove 35 minutes. battery was not there. Instead gave me dual purpose Bat. Did not want DP. Using in truck camper. Not happy camper. sale person was not friendly. Will buy next battery from someone else. They fixed the crack in my screen, there no doubt about that. I got this phone brand new. I brought it in and when I got it back, my phone was glitchy. About 4 times a day my phone will fully shut down. I won't be able to touch or use any of the buttons or the screen. I have to reset my phone every time to be able to use it again. I had them replace the screen again because of this and when I got it back, the same thing happened. I don't know what happened to my phone in the hour that it was there, but it's been a month and I'm still having problems. The cheapest option is not the best option, trust me. Go somewhere else to get your phone screen replaced. Called they confirmed they had two of the batteries in stock that I needed I paid for them online to get the additional $10.00 off, show up to pick them up after an hour drive and they only have one have to come back in a couple days to get the other one. Customer service was like they didn't care that we were inconvenienced just come back and get your battery in a couple days.
