Love that they accept/sale pre-owned games, but apparently, the staff there can take home pre-owned versions of games that have only been out for less than a month. I find this extremely strange and wildly unprofessional. I tried to get the new South Park game from Gamestop and I was having trouble locating it in the store, so I ask one of the cashiers if they had a prenowned version available for the Xbone. The cashier searchs the computer and says "Yes" and spends about 5 minutes looking and cannot locate it as well. The cashier then asked another employee if they had seen the game recently. I overhear the other employee say "I still have that game at my house". Immediately after that, the original cashier tells me it will be available tomorrow. I was definitely a little frustrated when I had left the store, but besides this experience the staff members at this store are outstanding. #FirstWorldProblems Staff was super friendly and helpful but if there is more then one customer be prepared to wait a bit as they only had one employee working when I was there I love gamestop, the only reason not a 5 star is I hate how much they pay for trade ins...i get they have to make a profit...but they're as bad as a car dealership. Great selection of games. Good service. It could have more to it. Not saying anything bad about GameStop, just that it can improvise on what they're missing. store was nicely organized, employees were very knowledgeable of the industry. An employee didnt inform me that he added the warranty (that cost me money) onto both of the games i had purchased, i never saked for it or mentioned it. Just go to fred meyers, it is close and has almost everything that GameStop has
