I asked for a specific movie, and they said 'it's over there in that section' I haven't been there in about 11 months, so my first time back, apparently, I owe them 28 bucks on late fees, they said I had a TV show and one movie that was late almost 2 weeks, I knew that wasn't possible, because I remember returning those titles specifically at midnight, the night they were to be returned, they insisted that they were still late, and this was 11 months later!!! I never got a call from them telling me I had late fees, they left me no voice mail, nothing!! I guess when a company like this goes out of business, this is how they make their money!! Mainly the movies are good but the rent days could be the same for everything. Friendly, helpful staff. Rent or buy movies at good prices. I have to admit I used to love RedBox but you can't beat Blockbusters deals. I love me some blockbuster!
