Very competent and they don’t charge a diagnostic fee. You have my business from now on. Thank you. Had a broken screen on my touch screen laptop. Brought it in, got it fixed, and they helped me with some software stuff. Very good prices, high quality of work, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. I know John personally, and to have his business operating and being successful for 18 years now, speaks volumes. He is one of the best in the business and always will do as much as he can to help you out with not only repairs but cost of repairs as well. Always fair and truthful about what he is offering you. Great service, knowledgeable staff, quick service. I've had 2 laptops fixed, one with MAJOR problems and he was able to get them back to normal. It was such a sigh of relief having someone fix them and not having to just junk them. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are VERY fair.
